Making Memories

I've spent my whole life, looking back
And photographs, were all I had
Embraced the pages of my past
Somehow I knew that couldn't last
I never dreamed, to break away
Was living life just day to day

She broke right though my guards
The making of new memories
And fantasies could start

Still got the books, they've done me well
