The Daze

I dont remember what it was
Or why
Lost as I was
In the dark
Heart beating fast
As I play the game
Of death
Pricking my skin
all for fun?
Or was it a test
A test to see who would win?
Me Or God
Who would do me in
I Used to enjoy hurting myself
Remember it well
the blood runnin down my arms
Walkin around in a doze
in a daze
Half asleep all frggn day
Numbin myself, party my life away
whatever you got I'll be sure to take
Its a mess
Its a craze
Its a messy crazy haze of nonsence thats what it is
I wondered just as you have who I was
I know who I am now just like i did back then
You will always wonder it'll always be mistake
But I went thru a lot for a reason it seems
I finally woke up after many a days of not...
And now lookin back it all feels like a dream..
a really ugly long one that is slowly fading
