Most people would agree that
Christmas is not just about receiving
But it's about giving
But it's not just about giving gifts
But it's about the greatest gift that was ever given
Its Christmas Eve and I wake up and I'm like eight years old
Jump out my bed
Throw on my house shoes
Put on my robe
Open up my door and now I quickly make it through the house

Can't even hear a mouse
Run around my couch and my heart dropped because I'm so surprised
With all these things I'm seeing

When I went to bed there was nothing there but an empty tree
Now there's presents everywhere
And all these gifts for me
I'm ripping paper off of boxes
Going through bags
Trying clothes on
Poppin' tags
Got everything I want and I ain't even asked
Even got that bike I wanted
Yeah that one with mags
As I got older I learned presents they may come and go
We make Christmas all about gifts
That ain't even what it's for
It wasn't that bike, the clothes, or nothin' I had
I learned that Jesus is the greatest gift I'll ever have

Granddaddy at the table

Ain't nothing like the holiday getting together with your folks

It's been some years but now my granny gone
But we still get together every year granny home
We're blessed to come together
