It All Worked out Great, Vol. 1
Your English are born with a compulsion for lying: lying to your friends about how little you despise them, lying to yourselves about how much you love your island; at least you don't lie about how much you hate outsiders: ‘We can't help coming first', ‘God loves us the most' ‘Why should we share what's ours? We just don't have enough to allow this noble country to be trampled underfoot by some backwards foreign folks who couldn't stand being ruled by us'

The skin's peeling from your arms after one hour in the sun, 20 degrees outside and you complain to everyone- it makes you wonder how you people managed to get so far in Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone etc

You're stifled and unhappy and derive your confidence from cruel cynicism and jokes at the expense of the poor and the foreign, who didn't have the sense to know they shouldn't expect it good on their side of the fence. You talk so nice and seem so decent but your culture's slowly dying because you're backwards and complacent, with your ‘I've a right to complain', and ‘that's good enough for them', your sanguine, sour faces and withering stares, your queen's speech, football chants, talent shows and TV chefs, your lazy, bitter, fearful, grey, proneness to offence, your pride in having got what's yours by taking from the rest (ENGLISH). The skin's peeling from your arms after one hour in the sun, 20 degrees outside and you complain to everyone, makes you wonder how you people managed to get so far in Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone etc. Half what you say is so mean-spirited, but you're always prepared say you're upset- you're all so desperate to say you're upset… don't you see you deserve everything you get?
